  1. Punctuality and Working Hours
  • Standard Hours: Office hours are from [Insert Time, e.g., 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM].
  • Attendance: Every staff member must mark their attendance. Punctuality is expected to ensure smooth operations for our beneficiaries.
  • Absence: In case of illness or an emergency, the President or Coordinator must be informed as early as possible.
  1. Professional Conduct & Dress Code
  • Discretion: Staff must maintain confidentiality regarding the organization’s internal data and the personal details of the people we serve.
  • Dress Code: While there is no strict uniform, staff are expected to dress in a clean, professional, and culturally appropriate manner, especially during field visits and meetings.
  • Conflict Resolution: Any internal disagreement should be resolved through calm dialogue. If unresolved, it should be brought to the President’s attention.
  1. Use of Office Premises & Equipment
  • Property Care: All office equipment (laptops, furniture, vehicles) must be handled with care. Any damage or loss should be reported immediately.
  • Resources: Office phones and internet are for official work. Personal use should be kept to a minimum and should not interfere with work.
  • Keys: Designated staff members responsible for keys must ensure the premises are locked and secure before leaving.
  1. Financial & Operational Commitments
  • Only authorized representatives (President/General Secretary) can sign financial contracts or make official commitments on behalf of the Association.
  • All expenses must be pre-approved and supported by valid bills/vouchers.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  • Gifts: Staff members are prohibited from accepting personal gifts or favors from beneficiaries or vendors.
  • Substances: Consumption or distribution of alcohol, tobacco, or prohibited drugs inside the office premises or during working hours is strictly forbidden.
  • Safety: No arms or dangerous materials are allowed on the premises.
  1. Medical and Safety
  • Staff may be required to undergo medical check-ups if necessary for certain roles (e.g., field work or child care).
  • Safety protocols must be followed at all times to prevent accidents.
