“Empowerment is a commitment to holistic growth across every stage of life and every community we serve.”
Since the inception of Shri Sai Educational and Welfare Association (SSEWA), our journey has been driven by a mission to create a self-reliant and compassionate society. At SSEWA, our strength lies in our Core Values, which form the foundation of our work: Inclusive Education, Disability Welfare, Health, Livelihood, Skill Development, Rural Entrepreneurship, and Elderly Care.
These values guide us as we reach out to the most underserved regions—from the rural heartlands and tribal communities to the challenging hilly terrains across 10 states of India. We believe that true social welfare must be inclusive of all generations. While we empower the youth through skills and Rural Entrepreneurship, we are equally committed to the dignity and well-being of our seniors. Our Elderly Care initiatives ensure that the silver generation in remote areas receives the health support, companionship, and respect they deserve.
Our work at the grassroots involves strengthening Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and supporting local Artisans, helping them turn traditional wisdom into sustainable livelihoods. We believe that when a farmer thrives and an artisan is empowered, the entire community rises.
Recognizing the urgent need of our times, we have also integrated Climate Action and Waste Management into our mission. In the fragile ecosystems where we work, we promote responsible resource management, believing that a healthy environment is essential for the health of our people.
Our goal is to build a resilient society where every individual—be it a child, a person with a disability, a farmer, an artisan, or an elderly person—has the opportunity to lead a life of dignity and security.
I invite you to join us in this mission of holistic empowerment. Together, we can create an impact that is not only deep but also lasting for generations to come.
With Determination and Gratitude,

To create an inclusive society where children, women, and persons with disabilities (PwDs) from marginalized communities have equal access to education, healthcare, and livelihood opportunities, enabling them to lead a life of dignity and self-reliance.
Our mission is to empower the underserved sections of society across India by providing quality vocational training, educational support, and social advocacy. We strive to bridge the gap between government schemes and the people who need them the most, ensuring that no one is left behind due to physical or economic barriers.
Envisioning an egalitarian society and empowering the underprivileged to become architects of their own prosperity.
